What’s a well dressed dog supposed to wear? Well, if your canine “supermodel” participated in one of the hottest canine fashion shows on Long Island, then the outfit took on an international flair. Every year Corky Nightingale, the show’s creator, puts a “bark out” to all her international canine fashionista friends and their owners to “Paws for Style” and select an international canine couture outfit which will bring canine fashion to a new standard of prestige and style. Participating canines from all over the world parade in Prada, sparkle in Swaroski and walk in the park as they wag their tails on the “Catwalk” to the delight of local dog lovers and the “pupparazzi.” You can see French Poodles wearing berets while Scottish Terriers are sporting their kilts, dachshunds might wear their lederhosen and English Bull Dogs might tip their derby’s at you. Whatever international breed you have, there is one thing for certain -- this is the place where canines want to be seen!
