General/Non-Food Vendors

We invite you to participate in the Long Island Family Festival. Vendors can register and pay for the festival, online or you can download the required forms and mail them in.

We strongly recommend that all vendors register online before the festival deadline to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Food Vendors

We invite food vendors interested in participating in the Long Island Family Festival to contact us regarding availability and registration.

Food vendor selection is highly selective. To provide our guests with a diverse variety of food choices and to avoid duplication of similar menus, all food vendors must be reviewed and approved prior to registration.

Please call 631-367-8599 before submitting any registration or payment to discuss availability and determine whether your food category is currently being accepted.

Approved food vendors are responsible for obtaining all required Suffolk County Health Department permits and approvals necessary to participate in the Festival.
