We invite you to participate in the Long Island Family Festival. Vendors can register and pay for the festival, online or you can download the required forms and mail them in.
We strongly recommend that all vendors register online before the festival deadline to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Food Vendor Applications
We invite you to participate in the Long Island Family Festival, to showcase your delicious cuisine. To secure your spot at the festival, please visit the link below where you can find all the necessary information and forms for food vendors. All food vendors must receive appropriate permits and Suffolk County Health Department Permits and Approvals to participate in this event.
We strongly encourage you to register early to reserve your spot.
